- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to support ticket sales and brand awareness.
- Identify market opportunities and provide insights on pricing and promotion plans for our festivals.
- Coordinate the production of advertising campaigns, including artwork, copywriting, media scripting, television and film production, and media placement, within time and budget constraints.
- Analyse data regarding consumer patterns and preferences to interpret and predict current and future consumer trends.
- Research potential demand and market characteristics for new goods and services, collecting and analysing data and other statistical information.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create compelling promotional materials and content.
- Coordinate digital marketing efforts, including social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyse data to optimise marketing strategies.
- Support the development of marketing collateral such as brochures, posters, and merchandise.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) in marketing or advertising roles.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management, email marketing software).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for music and events.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in event marketing or entertainment industry is a plus.
