About the Role - you'll be responsible for:
- Being a key part of the team organising the end-to-end production of all video content we create, including YouTube, commercial and social media videos. This includes:
- Progressing videos from ideation through to editing and review.
- Coordinating vehicles, presenters, videographers and locations for filming
- Organising products, props, stickers and more for videos and trips
- Collaborating with internal and external team members on production reports for all clients
- Reporting to the Production Manager andGeneral Manager on workflow progress.

The Successful Candidate will have:

- Experience in similar marketing coordination/media production roles
- Very strong organisational & time management skills. Experience working to deadlines is essential
- Problem solving and forward planning skills are key.
- Have a strong understanding of Google docs, Dropbox, and time management software like Click Up.
- Above all - be extremely passionate about creating quality content to promote our brand, and the brands of our clients/partners.
- A passion for 4WDing/the outdoors is highly regarded, but not essential.
This is a full-time role Monday-Friday based out of our Sydney office in Hornsby. We are a fun, extremely passionate & driven team of marketing and content creation experts, who are lucky enough to create some of the best video content in the country. There's a large potential for growth in the company - this is definitely for someone looking for a career, not just a job.
