About the Role

Our cutting-edge SaaS company specialising in developing Visitor Management System (VMS) software is seeking an exceptional Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
The Marketing Coordinator will support and assist in the delivery of marketing plans across Teamgo, including the creation and implementation of content creation, advertising and campaign management and web maintenance.
Some of the things you’ll see yourself doing with us are:
- Market research and analysis, building reports and identifying growth opportunities.
- Developing and implementing multi-channel marketing communication plans
- Overseeing and moderating Teamgo’s digital presence to enhance reputation and drive brand awareness
- Analysing, tracking and measuring performance of social media and web channels
Key Responsibilities
As a Marketing Coordinator you will work with the leadership team to:
- Craft, implement, and oversee dynamic campaigns across various channels to drive performance aligned with Teamgo’s business goals, accelerating business growth.
- Spearhead end-to-end growth initiatives: pinpoint opportunities, craft innovative solutions, experiment with content, devise compelling campaign strategies, and champion execution through to completion.
- Continuously manage and fine-tune campaigns, identifying ways to boost performance and amplify each channel's impact on revenue and customer retention targets.
- Deliver data-driven insights to key stakeholders, empowering them to develop strategies for enhancing engagement across different channels.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A sound understanding of current and emerging trends within content marketing, with experience in developing content and distributing across multiple channels.
- Ability to produce content that adheres to overarching strategic brand guidelines (e.g. tone, style and language).
- Proven experience in working across multiple platforms, including web, social, photography and videography, while being able to adapt to various target audiences for a range of purposes.
- Search engine optimisation (SEO) skills to ensure that all website content is optimised for search engines.
- Demonstrated experience working with web content management systems, and proficiency in web analytics technologies, with the ability to extract meaning and suggest action items from data.
- A strong digital mindset with demonstrated experience using contemporary digital tools, including analytics and customer sentiment tools.
- A customer-centric mindset and an understanding of the disciplines of User Experience (UX) Design.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role you should have:
- Qualifications in marketing, business, communications, or a related discipline, or demonstrated experience in a similar role.
- Experience with product, strategy, growth, or digital marketing within expanding digital enterprises, including expertise across digital & direct, social & email channels.
- You are a curious, hands-on operator who loves rolling up your sleeves and collaborating with multiple stakeholders organisation wide.
- Passion for and experience with executing high-impact experiments to drive significant uplift in core business metrics.
- Superb communication skills and presentation skills.
- Good project management skills, and able to communicate and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritising high impact activities and keep projects moving forward.
