The Opportunity
Reporting to the National Marketing Manager - Brand, you will support Aveo's marketing objectives, through the coordination of various campaigns, projects and initiatives, ultimately resulting in Aveo remaining Australia's most trusted name in retirement living. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure overall business priorities and marketing efforts are industry-leading. This role will suit a Marketing Assistant or Coordinator with an interest in developing your marketing skills within an established and friendly team.
This is a fixed-term, full-time position for 12 months located at our Aveo Brisbane Office in Newstead.

You will
- Support the Marketing Manager with the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns, projects and initiatives within budget and deadlines.
- Maintain and update the Aveo website and channels as required
- Be responsible for ordering Aveo merchandise and print collateral
- Supporting the marketing team with organising and preparing for events
- Complete a wide range of administrative tasks including reporting, raising purchase orders and data entry
- Maintain a strong knowledge of Aveo's product offering, the retirement living industry, competitors, and changes in digital marketing trends and technologies
- Build relationships across marketing and internal departments to facilitate project delivery and alignment with overall business objectives.
What you'll bring
- Bachelor Degree (Marketing, Communications or other related field)
- Demonstrated experience in a similar Marketing Coordinator role, ideally in the retirement living, aged care or property industry
- Knowledge of marketing principles and understanding of how they relate to everyday business
- Exceptional time-management, attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to develop strong working relationships across all divisions and departments within the group.
