Marketing Coordinator

Oak Tree Group specialises in providing affordable and secure independent living communities for seniors throughout Australia. Our focus is on building small villages that combine residential and recreational facilities in an environment where residents can form new friendships, be part of a safe community and still live independently.  

About the role:

Be a part of the marketing team to assist with the coordination, planning and implementation of marketing campaigns to maximise quality lead generation and brand trust.  Marketing campaigns will be both on a corporate level and individual village level.

The Marketing Coordinator will assist with developing both digital and traditional marketing campaigns.  This will include:

• The organisation of village events
• The creation of digital campaigns (writing Facebook and Google ads) 
• Organisation of traditional marketing (press advertisements, flyers, billboards, television campaigns, radio)
• Briefing artworks into our in-house graphic designer

You will work to complete general administration tasks to ensure accuracy of our information in the market. This will include:

• Ensuring all real estate platforms remain up to date in accordance with our stock levels at Oak Tree.
• Updating listings on the Oak Tree website.

Minimum role requirement:

To be considered for this role you will have:

• General copy writing skills and good grammar.
• Great people skills and the ability to connect with people via written, verbal, and face to face to communication.
• The ability to speak to and connect with seniors when visiting villages.
• A positive mindset evidenced by an obvious level of proactivity, enthusiasm and body language
• Flexibility in approach, and an ability to anticipate, and adjust duties as required 
• Open to change, able to adapt to the needs of the customer, business and stakeholders
• Excellent organisation, time management and multitasking skills.
•  A general interest in property or real estate is required
• Must be able to travel
