Form of workOur client is a leading residential builder known for delivering quality detached homes to large scale projects. With continued success, they are seeking a Marketing coordinator to lead in driving EDM/Digital marketing campaigns.

Reporting to and working alongside management your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Assist and support management in the implementation of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Work collaboratively in a team to create & execute marketing initiatives & marketing strategies
- Create captivating sale EDMs, promotional content & oversee distribution
- Take charge of our social media presence, fostering growth and engaging our online community.
- Assist in the implementation of new automated systems to enhance marketing functions
To be a successful in this role:
- Experience in a similar role in the building industry, construction or wholesale experience highly regarded.
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in marketing.
- Proven proficiency in EDM design, copywriting, and creative strategy.
- Tertiary qualified in Marketing, Communications or related fields.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Drive, creativity and self motivation.
