Marketing Coordinator - Intencity

About us:
Intencity opened its first Family Entertainment Centre (FEC) in 1995 and was wholly acquired by Village Roadshow Limited in 1999. We operate closely with Village Cinemas and Warner Village Theme Parks.
Intencity can be found in 5 FEC's locations along the East Coast of Australia (including Adelaide and Tasmania), as well as over 60 game foyer locations. We have a vast array of classic and contemporary video, prize and skill tester games that appeal to every generation.
About the Role:
As a member of our Intencity Head Office Operations within Village Roadshow Leisure, the Marketing Coordinator will be involved with all support for site (Dedicated and External) based initiatives. You will use data from all Intencity revenue channels to development marketing strategies and implementation to assist with the growth of revenue, new products, gifting and B2B sales. You will use your creative side to deliver key brand concepts and be working with a variety of stakeholders and departments across the business, so no two days are the same!
What are your key accountabilities?

• Developing and implement strategies, inclusive of new product development to enhance revenue growth
• Provide marketing support for Intencity sites, including branding, site briefs and processing
• Collaborate with Village Cinemas Marketing Team on joint promotions and events
• Collaborate with Learning & Development to deliver relevant training programmes to frontline staff
• Overseeing the marketing of retail gifting for Intencity across relevant sales channels
• Providing marketing support for all future brands/ developments.
• Briefing and deliver key creative concepts and brands for Intencity and new ventures complementing business strategies
• Building and execute marketing campaigns to drive sales across all External locations
• Delivering insights and research to the business to support and drive new initiatives across all concepts
• Identifying new marketing & partnership opportunities.
• Any ad-hoc duties as requested - we are a small Division within Village Entertainment, so there will be an element of job sharing within the Team

What can you bring to the role?

• Previous experience in similar marketing role
• Tertiary qualification in marketing or a related discipline
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Canva an advantage
• Demonstrable knowledge of digital marketing, operating content management systems and marketing production processes across all media formats
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with an analytical focus
• Experience in Shop/Site visual merchandising advantageous
