About the role
The Marketing Coordinator heads up a team of marketing professionals who provide strategic and operational support across the organisation. The team plays a pivotal role in how Council connects with our community and how we shape perceptions of the City of Logan.
We’re looking for an experienced marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment; who is a creative thinker; and who knows how to lead and motivate a team of creatives in a diverse and inclusive organisation.
This position requires someone with political nous, great negotiating and influencing skills and – of course – a deep understanding of contemporary marketing tactics and platforms, and what makes a successful campaign. You’ll use your extensive expertise to guide team performance and deliver high impact campaigns.
The Marketing Program is part of the Corporate Communications Branch, where we’re developing new ways of working that ensure our service offerings to the organisation are integrated and strategic and provide value for money for our community.
