HARDI Australia is currently seeking to appoint a Marketing Coordinator to its CAVAN based Sales and Marketing Team. The Marketing Coordinator will report directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager. The role will best suit an energetic and passionate marketing specialist who thrives on introducing exciting new ideas to market, being creative and bringing visions to fruition.
Qualifications / Key Skills / Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Marketing or advertising is preferred.
- Five years Marketing experience in the Agricultural or Manufacturing Industry.
- Creative in development of materials for marketing.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Able to work independently and as a part of a team.
- Able to develop and implement “cut through” marketing communications to reach a target audience.
- Managing marketing budgets and ensuring cost-effective campaigns.
- Accountable for achieving marketing goals and tracking KPIs.
- Providing regular reports on the performance of marketing campaigns and making data-drive recommendations for improvement.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.
- Maintaining and updating HARDI Australia and NZ Website with input from HARDI International.
- Maintaining and updating SWIFT agriculture website.
- Create landing pages for HARDI dealers.
- Develop, monitor and maintain an advertising budget (signed off by the CEO).
- Plan and coordinate product launches, conferences and other events.
- Liaise with external printers and publishers to ensure correct understanding of HAU requirements.
- Liaise with HARDI Denmark as required.
- Ensuring that personal behaviours reflect the values of HARDI.
- Acting with integrity in all dealings when representing HARDI.
Interstate travel will be required occasionally, and international travel opportunities are available for those who demonstrate a hunger to fully own their position and become an essential part of our HARDI Family.
