Job DescriptionWe are currently offering an opportunity for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join us as a
Marketing Coordinator. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based at our Head Office in Clayton and will involve occasional interstate travel.Position responsibilities will include:
- Managing and executing Bosch Motorsport Australia’s event strategy, execution, and evaluation.
- Leading Bosch Motorsport Australia’s social media and influencer engagement strategy, execution, and evaluation.
- Managing Bosch Motorsport Social Media channels (Facebook, Instagram, …), including content planning, monitoring and responding to inquiries and comments received.
- Growing Bosch Motorsport’s online following and brand presence via creation and execution of online promotions and advertising, and other activities including influencer collaboration, social outreach, etc.
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders and partners to create and maximise impact of promotional assets; banners, flyers, digital images, videos, press releases, etc.
- Contributing to BMA’s marketing analytics and develop relevant insights for management.
QualificationsWe are looking for a conscientious professional with a strong interest in cars and motorsports and the ability to work across multiple business units, manage diverse topics and priorities, establish effective relationships across all levels of the organisation.To be considered for this position you are required to meet the following criteria:
- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business or Communications
- Relevant Marketing / Communications work experience highly regarded.
- Previous involvement with Motorsport highly regarded.
- Possess solid understanding of automotive parts.
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency with Social Media channels & Mobile devices
- Proficiency in MS compatible graphical design packages (e.g., Adobe, Canva)
- Exhibit excellent English language skills, along with the ability to meet deadlines and deliver presentations effectively.
- Willingness to travel to motorsports and automotive events as required.
