**Salary: 85k-110k AUD/year, including super (commensurate with experience)

About the role

The role is reporting to the Head of Marketing and Growth. The business is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Coordinator who will support and implement various a range of initiatives as required. The role will cover aspects of marketing such as digital marketing, content creation, event planning, market research, and administrative support. You are keen to be part of a growing business with a commitment to your career progression.

This is an in-office role. Our office is located within the CBD on Bourke Street near Parliament Station.

  • You have a background in marketing (B2B), collateral development and digital channel / content creation

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for the creation and implementation of marketing and advertising campaigns, as well as sales materials (e.g. proposals, brochures, videos, etc.)
  • Develop and manage content for various platforms such as social media, company website, and marketing materials. This would include creating copy, creating images, and making sure the information complies with the objectives and brand voice of the business
  • Maintain and update social media accounts, engage with followers, analyse social media trends, and implement strategies to increase reach and engagement
  • Assist with trade show, webinar and promotional event planning and organisation. This includes managing invitations, arranging logistics, and liaising with suppliers
  • Collaborate with marketing and marketing teams, other departments – from Sales to Account Management to Production – and external vendors to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing strategies
  • Analyse marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.), prepare appropriate marketing reports and suggest recommendations as needed on marketing strategies
  • Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to improve marketing strategies
  • Perform administrative tasks such as managing schedules, preparing reports, and maintaining marketing databases

Skills and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or any related field
  • Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar role with hands-on experience in marketing and campaign management
  • 3+ years’ experience proven professional work experience in marketing
  • Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software), and familiarity with content management systems
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to generate innovative ideas and engaging content
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with an ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to analyse data and extract actionable insights
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with various departments
