Job Description:

As a Marketing Coordinator at Daily Shake, you will play a crucial role in executing and optimising marketing strategies to enhance our brand presence and drive business growth with our management team and external agencies. This role involves a combination of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have a passion for health and wellness, along with proven experience in managing digital marketing channels, agencies, ad-hoc campaigns, partnerships, and distributor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Marketing (Klaviyo):

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage and nurture our customer base.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to optimize email performance.
• Segment the audience and tailor messaging for maximum impact.
• Manage external agencies relationships.

Social Media Management:

• Oversee and manage Daily Shake's social media channels, ensuring a consistent brand voice and engaging content.
• Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement.
• Monitor social media trends and incorporate them into the overall marketing strategy.

Agency Management:

• Collaborate with external agencies to ensure cohesive and effective execution of marketing initiatives.
• Provide clear briefs, feedback, and performance evaluations to maximize agency partnerships.
• Manage relationships with agencies to drive results within established budgets.

Ad-Hoc Campaigns:

• Plan, execute, and analyze ad-hoc marketing campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and other business initiatives.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling campaign assets.
• Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed for optimal results.

Shopify Management:

• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to optimize the Daily Shake Shopify store.
• Implement strategies to improve conversion rates, reduce cart abandonment, and enhance the overall online shopping experience.
• Stay updated on e-commerce trends and suggest improvements to the online shopping platform.

Partnerships and Distributor Management:

• Cultivate and manage partnerships with external entities, influencers, and collaborators to expand brand reach and visibility.
• Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, ensuring consistent communication and support.
• Collaborate with distributors on joint marketing initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on email marketing (Klaviyo), social media, e-commerce (Shopify), partnerships, and distributor management.
• Familiarity with running ad-hoc campaigns (Competitions etc) and managing external ad agencies.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Passion for health and wellness.
