Job description

We’re on the hunt for a Marketing Coordinator to join our exceptional Marketing Team.

As a member of our team, you’ll receive:

  • $3,000 per year to spend on professional development
  • An extra week of annual leave after two years working at Bonfire
  • Weekly one-to-ones with your manager and access to our Employee Assistance Program
  • Flexible Working-From-Home (WFH) arrangements
  • A hard cap to ensure you work no more than 38 hours per week
  • A dynamic culture of Australia’s best and brightest marketing professionals

  • A desire for continual personal development and growth.
  • The ability to constructively give and receive feedback.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
  • Critical problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.

If you’re the right person for the job, complete the application and include a cover letter addressing the selection criteria.
