As a Marketing Executive at Odoo, you will play a crucial role in promoting our key events, managing various marketing campaigns, and creating engaging content across multiple digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the success of our marketing initiatives and contribute to enhancing Odoo's brand presence in the Australian market.
About the job:
Event Management:
Plan, organize, and promote the Odoo Roadshow, our flagship event aimed at showcasing the latest version of our product.
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and functional teams, to prepare event presentations, create event rundowns, and develop compelling pitching materials.
Coordinate logistics and ensure smooth execution of the Roadshow, including venue arrangements, guest invitations, and post-event follow-ups.
Expo Coordination:
Liaise with event organizers and vendors at trade shows where Odoo participates as an exhibitor and sponsor.
Collaborate with internal teams to create engaging booth displays, promotional materials, and interactive demos.
Ensure alignment between marketing objectives and exhibition goals to maximize brand exposure and lead generation opportunities.
Content Creation:
Develop captivating online content, such as webinars, blog articles, videos, newsletters, and customer testimonials, to drive audience engagement and brand loyalty.
Plan and execute advertising and promotional campaigns for products and events on digital channels, including social media platforms, email marketing, and online forums.
Work on media campaigns and press releases to raise awareness of Odoo's products and solutions within the Australian market.
Offline Campaign Management:
Oversee Out-Of-Home (OOH) campaigns across different cities in Australia, including sourcing quotations, managing budgets, and overseeing billboard content management.
Collaborate with creative agencies and suppliers to ensure high-quality production and timely delivery of OOH materials.
Other Potential Projects:
Spearhead influencer marketing initiatives by collaborating with content creators across various social media platforms to create impactful videos promoting Odoo software.
Manage influencer marketing projects from inception to completion, including sourcing quotations, creating briefs, developing scripts, ensuring quality control, and providing comprehensive reports on campaign performance.
About You:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
Proven experience in event management, preferably within the technology or software industry.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Creative mindset with a passion for developing engaging content and innovative marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and content management systems.
Familiarity with influencer marketing trends and best practices is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business requirements.
