Rebuild Relief is quickly becoming the "Airbnb" or “Uber” of the insurance claim management sector.

Millions of people struggle with submitting and managing insurance claims to a successful outcome. We stand up for Australians to ensure their building insurers fully payout on claims. Most Australians never find out what they have missed out on.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

We seek a dynamic and skilled Marketing Coordinator for our ever-growing claims management company. We are looking for someone specifically to handle a group of new brands with digital marketing experience. 

The focus is to ensure we make an even greater impact and are able to serve more households following storms. 

The candidate will have the combination of a strategic mindset, strong event and project management experience, excellent people skills, alongside digital advertising knowledge. 

YOU WILL: 

Marketing Expertise

  • Play an integral part in executing advertising campaigns across various platforms, including but not limited to billboards and radio. Understand lead objections and provide strategic recommendations to overcome any misunderstandings about our services. 
  • Optimise campaigns to achieve maximum ROI and drive key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Stay on top of industry trends and emerging platforms to continually enhance our marketing strategies.

Project and Event Management

  • Manage end-to-end projects across community activations, from ideation to execution and analysis. The aim is to build genuine community engagement through connecting with local charities, sports teams, key community leaders and initiating our own community events. 
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns within established timelines. The role requires 4 to 6 days a month visiting the local communities in Queensland and NSW and collaborating with our field team where we operate, (overnight accommodation will be provided where needed). 

Organic Social Media Management

  • Assist with content calendars, ensuring brand consistency and engagement with the target audience in local community groups.

Strategic Innovation Implementation

  • Collaborate with the CMO and cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Implement and iterate on strategic plans, ensuring effective targeting, messaging, and optimisation techniques.

Account Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing service providers, building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Present campaign performance reports and insights to company directors, demonstrating the value of your projects.

WHAT YOU NEED: 

  • Proven experience in project, event management and community engagement. 
  • Strong relationship-building skills. Proficiency in some digital advertising platforms, such as Facebook Groups, Google, Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube and/or LinkedIn will be an advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful organic marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with social media management and organic social strategies and have case studies to support.

  • This role reports directly to the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

Note: This position is based in Australia and requires occasional travel to local communities in Queensland and NSW as part of the role.
