Marketing Coordinator

Some of the things you will actually do:

• Ensure collateral items are relevant and in a professional state at all times.
• Manage internal communication documents to ensure content is current and relevant.
• Co-creation of promotions.
• Coordination of integrated marketing and communications plans for each major promotion, F&B offer, community initiative or general awareness activity undertaken.
• Brief, set timelines and check content, where required, for graphic designers to ensure that all deadlines are met, that the content is on brand and follows legislative guidelines
• Assist Marketing & Communications Manager with social media content and external communications.

We need someone who is:

• An excellent communicator
• Full of energy and enthusiasm with a strong determination to succeed.
• Focused, self-motivated, and open to new ideas and guidance.
• The ability to be hands on, and a want to be involved in all aspects of the business.
• Know your way around Microsoft, Adobe and Wordpress.
• Pleasant, approachable, and professional. 
• A passion for Marketing, and a genuine interest in the industry.

What sort of hours will you work?

We work in hospitality so we work as a team to get done what needs to get done, but generally, the role is Monday to Friday.
