Our client is an establish and rapidly growing residential property developer who are currently seeking a dynamic and creative sales & marketing coordinator to join their growing sales team and make it your own. This is an amazing opportunity to develop into a newly created role with a growing team in a fast paced environment, and opportunity for a long term career progression plan.The Role:
- Providing a marketing and business plan with social media
- Creating and managing the sales team’s social media through Linkedin, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, blogging, Pinterest and various other sites.
- Organising, creating, and delivering marketing communications to database
- Developing relationships with account managers through digital and print media/advertising
- Creating, delivering and uploading print media and advertising for properties/projects
- Liaising with photographers,floorplan artists & copywriter
- Organising and producing e-fliers and hard fliers and brochures on properties
- Creating and producing presentations for the sales team
- Organising sales team events, bookings for seminars and podcasts, designing and delivering marketing collateral
- Experience in the real estate industry
- Creative skills with design and content for social media, digital and print advertising and presentations
- Intermediate skills with InDesign, Photoshop, Canva & Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multi task and work well in a team environment
- Holding a current Certificate of Registration
