Creative Designer

Bring your expert thinking, creativity and top design skills to the outdoor adventure space!

What you’ll do:

Conceptualise and create effective design solutions across multiple mediums for our 4x4 and RV marketing clients and media publications. We need a thinker and doer above anything else!

• From creative design to print-ready artwork, you’ll hone in on your craft to create our client's monthly magazine and marketing material across print, online, eDM, social and paid media
   
• Work alongside project managers and content producers. Liaise with printers, check design proofs and own the design and production process from beginning to end
   
• Be proactive. Research the industry, gather information, create or find assets to streamline your design tasks, and make effective creative work that works (and is on time and budget)
   
• Take briefs, get the job done and then build on your thinking to offer more creative solutions that help achieve better outcomes for our media brands and clients
   
• Put your art director’s hat on to produce original content. Create engaging social and online content for our master brand, media brands and marketing clients
   
• Bring your boss editing skills to make finger-stopping videos, shorts and animations to support our master brand, media brands and marketing clients
   
• Show off your branding skills to build social templates, guidelines, presentations, logos and more. We want fresh eyes across all our brands and external campaigns!
   
• Architect eDM designs that just begs to be read and clicked through, not skimmed
   
• Create engaging and effective ads to run our website publications or for our client’s social channels
   
• Work with audience insights (supplied) to refine your thinking and design approach to make creative that gets better results for our clients
   
• Work as a collaborative team to provide the best outcomes for our brands and clients. There’s no egos here. Just plenty of opportunity for career growth and the chance to carve out a rock-solid creative stream within the business
