The Role
We have a unique opportunity for a creative, digitally-savvy Marketing & Design Co-ordinator to join our team either full time or four days per week. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing a broad range of brand and campaign marketing activities, including: the management of email marketing campaigns and website CMS, content creation for social media, and the co-ordination of public relations initiatives and sponsorships. Please note, this role is based onsite at Gwinganna.
Responsibilities
- Creating digital assets for online marketing channels including email campaigns, website, social media and more
- Writing and creating engaging email marketing campaigns (EDMs) to drive guest engagement and retention
- Co-ordinating PR initiatives, such as media familiarisations, responding to media enquiries, assisting with event management and collaborating with content creators
- Planning and executing sponsorships
- Regularly updating and maintaining the website
- Working collaboratively with the Marketing Manager to ensure all marketing campaigns and initiatives have an online presence and are optimised accordingly
- Monitoring and analysis of digital performance across all marketing activities.
About You
• Degree qualifications in marketing, graphic design or similar discipline
•1-3 years experience
• Proficiency with Adobe creative suite and Canva
• Proven experience in graphic design and social media content creation
• Experience with email marketing
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
• A keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
