The Opportunity
We are looking for a visionary Marketing Director to lead our marketing team into a future of continued growth and innovation. This role is pivotal as we plan to significantly expand our business this year. You will develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that not only captures and expands our current market but also explores new opportunities to sustain our rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Craft and execute a forward-thinking marketing strategy that aligns with our ambitious growth plans, ensuring Kiva Wellness becomes and remains the leading wellness brand in Australia.
- Team Management: Lead, inspire and elevate a talented marketing team to new heights of excellence. You will have direct oversight of the in house Marketing & eCommerce team along with our partner agencies.
- Market Expansion: Drive initiatives for market expansion and product launches, ensuring that each step maximises our visibility and consumer engagement.
- Analytical Insight: Utilise advanced analytics to understand market trends and customer behaviour, translating data into actionable strategies that push the envelope on innovation and market penetration.
- Budget Oversight: Manage and allocate the marketing budget efficiently to maximise return on investment and fuel sustainable growth.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that marketing strategies are integrated seamlessly with overall business objectives.
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience as a Marketing Director or Senior Marketing Leader, preferably in the e-commerce or wellness industries.
- Demonstrable capability in leading a marketing team through significant growth phases.
- Strategic thinker with a robust analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and leading teams.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing strategies, consumer psychology and market dynamics.
