About the roleâ¦
Reporting directly to the General Manager you will develop and implement strategic Sales & Marketing plans and budgets that meet the bespoke needs of our unique property ensuring continued revenue generation and growth.
You will oversee brand management and the production of all marketing collateral and CRM activity. Your responsibilities also include:
- Maintaining strong relationships with clients, industry partners and tourism organisations that benefit the business
- Leading and mentoring the sales and marketing team to achieve exceptional results across all market segments.
- Proactively identify and act upon new business opportunities
- Dynamic and innovative individual with exceptional hands-on experience with end-to-end sales
- Proven ability of delivering outstanding results in the accommodation, conference, sales, digital and event markets
- Effective communications skills, with the ability to build strong and successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- High level of proficiency in MS Office suite
- Excellent time management skills with a strong attention to detail
- Proven ability in OPERA Sales & Catering
- Previous experience within a similar 5-star environment
