Job Summary:
The Marketing Director at XAM Consulting is a strategic leader responsible for independently developing and executing the company's marketing strategy. This position requires a forward-thinking approach, strong leadership, and an in-depth understanding of the digital solutions industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing, team leadership, and the ability to make data-driven decisions to achieve our business goals while effectively managing external vendor partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our company's goals and values. This strategy should focus on promoting our digital solutions, identifying and targeting the right audiences, and achieving measurable business objectives.
- Brand Management: Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of XAM Consulting's brand identity. Ensure brand consistency in all marketing initiatives, reinforcing our commitment to quality and innovation.
- Digital Marketing: Take charge of digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media management. Maximise our online presence to engage and inform target audiences effectively.
- Content Strategy: Develop and execute a content strategy that produces high-quality, engaging content to attract, inform, and engage target audiences, emphasising our digital solutions expertise.
- Marketing Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimise marketing campaigns to generate leads and nurture prospects. Monitor and analyse campaign performance to maximise ROI and conversion rates.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape within the digital solutions sector. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, threats, and areas for growth.
- Data Analytics: Utilise data-driven insights to make informed marketing decisions, optimising strategies for peak performance and measuring results against established KPIs.
- Budget Management: Efficiently allocate resources within the marketing budget to maximise the impact of marketing initiatives while effectively managing vendor relationships and associated costs.
- Partnerships and Alliances: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances with external vendors that can extend XAM Consulting's reach and influence in the digital solutions industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 5 years + proven experience as a Marketing Director or in a senior marketing role, demonstrating successful leadership and strategy development.
- A strong understanding of the digital solutions industry, including mobile applications, web applications, and websites would be beneficial.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and analytics, such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, SEM, and social media.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- A strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making, capable of adapting to evolving market dynamics.
- Data-driven with the ability to use analytics and insights to inform decision-making.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical and project management skills, including vendor management.
