We're looking for a motivated, driven and creative Marketing Executive to join Williams Luxury on a permanent full-time or part-time basis as we continue to strive to elevate our brand that is integral to delivering the uncompromising results that Williams Luxury proudly achieves. You will work in collaboration with our expert team to provide superior marketing support and creativity to contribute to the growth of the brand and company. 

Williams Luxury are searching for a positive, organised, and energetic Marketing Executive with innovative design & solution-based advice and who enjoys working in a fast paced environment to join our experienced team of highly experienced individuals based at our Rose Park office. Someone who takes initiative, appreciates the importance of confidentiality, has strong communication skills and the knowledge of building an impactful luxury brand working within a collaborative hardworking team, who support and laugh with each other, making you want to come to work every day!

This is a unique opportunity to take on a pivotal role that will see you provide excellent marketing materials across branding projects and have ownership of the creativity to take the brand to the next level. 

The role:

• Develop and create marketing material including pre-listing kits, agent profiling, property advertising etc.
• Manage social media platforms, including content creation and engagement strategies.
• Maintain the company's online presence, including website maintenance.
• Organize client gifts and manage project marketing materials such as brochures and newsletters.
• Oversee brand marketing initiatives.
• Assist in proposal pitches for clients and contribute to copywriting and proofreading tasks.
• Create information packs and appraisal follow up proposals. 
• Manage company signage and exposure.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
• Proficient in graphic design programs including Adobe Creative Suite. 
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar marketing role, preferably within the property development or real estate industry.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Passion for marketing and creativity, with exceptional communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
