We are seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to join their team on a part-time, job-share basis, to support two Senior Executives.
Duties will include:
- Manage diaries and appointments for both Executives, coordinating meetings efficiently.
- Prepare accurate reports and presentations as required.
- Handle email inbox and correspondence.
- Oversee expense reports and reimbursements
- Provide project support by assisting with research, documentation, and coordination of tasks.
- Manage IT hardware supplies and equipment inventory for the department.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information discreetly.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a good sense of humour.
- Proactive problem-solving ability, demonstrating a 'can do' attitude.
- Capacity to work independently and meet deadlines consistently.
- Curiosity and eagerness to take initiative in identifying and resolving challenges.
The role is offered on a 3-4 day job share basis, for a 12 month maternity leave cover, with the option to work 1 day from home.
