We're looking for a talented Marketing Executive, CX & Retention to help manage our subscriber retention programs. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, CX & Retention, and working closely with the Retention and Lifecycle and Customer Service teams, you'll help to deliver a retention strategy that will improve and enhance the subscriber experience and help achieve revenue targets for our publishing brands.
Day to day you will:
- Develop subscriber management programs from strategy through to implementation which support business goals
- Ongoing review and optimisation of retention customer journeys and campaigns including payment decline, save, win-back and renewal
- Manage campaign tracking, testing, reporting and analysis to form insights into campaign performance and customer responses
- Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure the subscription management process and campaigns are well optimised
- Build strong and open relationships with internal and external stakeholders
