Marketing Executive - Luxury Property Developer

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive or Coordinator to join their Sydney based team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting their luxury developments through various channels, ensuring our brand stands out in the competitive real estate market.
Some of your responsibilities will include:

• Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns using EDMs
• Create compelling content and visuals for digital marketing materials
• Update and maintain the company website with current project information, images, and engaging content
• Manage and curate content for all social media platforms, showcasing their developments and engaging with their audience.
• Implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
• Provide adhoc administrative support to the CEO, assisting with various tasks as needed.

About You:
They are open minded to the level of experience the successful candidate has, essential is a great work ethic and willingness to learn and be part of a team. You will have previous exposure to digital marketing, proficient with EDMS and website management. A strong understanding of social media platforms is required as is your strong written and verbal communication skills.
