Role Purpose

The primary objective of the Marketing Executive role is, under the direction of the Centre Manager, to maximise the value of the Centre through the creation, implementation, and management of strategic marketing initiatives to drive Centre traffic, retail sales and market share and develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.

Skills, Qualifications and Experience

• Demonstrated experience with qualifications and/or an equivalent level of expertise.
• Ability to assess workload timeframes and priorities, as well as plan and deliver multiple tasks on time (or ahead of schedule).
• Strong organisational skills, and self-motivation.
• Ability to collaborate in a small team and be equally effective working independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Drive for high performance and continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and ability to learn new systems.
• Event management, communication, and public relations skills with the ability to establish solid relationships both internally and externally.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, content management systems and analytic tools.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well with a cross-functional team and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in business administration tasks for day-to-day management.
• Ability to adapt to a seven day a week dynamic environment.
