Marketing Executive – Development
Assist in developing and implementing project marketing strategies, coordinating activities across channels like communications, PR, social media, sponsorships, and events. Optimise budget usage and provide regular reporting and insights to support marketing decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies considering sales targets, budget, and market conditions.
- Align project marketing activities with Jinding and Developments' branding guidelines.
- Review enquiry and sales data weekly, sharing insights with the project team.
- Coordinate marketing activities with development teams and agencies.
- Engage with sales representatives to ensure timely market feedback.
- Implement high-quality content across marketing channels.
- Evaluate advertising and sales performance for optimization.
- Assist in developing and executing events.
- Provide quarterly budget recommendations.
- Follow quotation and tender processes and manage invoices.
- Collaboration - Participate in team meetings and handle marketing administrative duties.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or communications
- Minimum three years of experience in Construction, Property, Marketing Agency, Real Estate Marketing, or similar
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
- Digital marketing experience (SEO, Display, Re-targeting).
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce and website platforms and advantages
- Strong work ethic, organisation, and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail.
- Cultural acumen to understand and address diverse market needs.
