The Marketing Executive – Transitions & Projects role will coordinate and execute high-quality marketing and communications for newly acquired venues while supporting the delivery of tender marketing plans.
The Role
We are looking for a passionate and motivated marketer to join our dynamic marketing team. This exciting role is perfect for someone with 2 – 3 years demonstrated marketing experience, who may be looking to broaden their skill set and gain exposure across new marketing disciplines such as end-to-end campaign management, development of marketing plans, brand launch campaigns, project roll outs, digital advertising, events marketing and more.
The Marketing Executive – Transitions & Projects will play an integral role in the delivery of high-quality marketing and communications for newly acquired venues while assisting with the development of tender marketing plans. You will work closely with various stakeholders to coordinate, execute and deliver pre-sale marketing campaigns to meet budgeted sales targets, while coordinating the launch of key marketing platforms for new venues with engaging content delivered across all channels including, but not limited to, website, social media, traditional print, paid digital media advertising and email.
The Marketing Executive – Transitions & Projects role is critical in maintaining the quality, consistency, and integrity of the Belgravia Leisure brand/s (and reputation) across Australia and New Zealand and in driving community engagement within our local leisure facilities.

Key Areas of Ownership:
- Coordinate and lead marketing projects for newly acquired venues to deadlines.
- Ensure venue transitions with appropriate marketing materials (digital, print, venue signage and website).
- Coordinate and support digital marketing channels including websites, social accounts, email marketing and digital advertising etc.
- Responsible for coordination of branded asset development for application across marketing channels.
- Responsible for ensuring all venues have relevant marketing platforms set up and key staff members have access and receive training.
- Deliver and coordinate end-to-end pre-sale campaigns alongside Marketing Manager and Guest experience team.
- Coordinate with internal marketing team to leverage PR opportunities and ensure BAU lists are up to date.
- Support the delivery of tender marketing plans for new business alongside Marketing Manager.
- Coordinate and lead marketing training sessions, tools and resources across the business to educate local teams.
- Responsible for marketing campaign reporting
Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years working experience in and an interest in health & fitness, sports industry
- Tertiary qualification marketing or similar
- Demonstrated experience coordinating campaigns or marketing projects/events
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- A passion for delivering engaging social media content and an understanding of digital marketing landscape and trends
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Working understanding of Microsoft Suite and Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of working with website content management systems Kentico, WordPress CMS knowledge highly regarded (Not essential)
- Knowledge of working with email and social media marketing tools, Click Dimensions, Campaign Monitor, Mail Chimp (Not essential)
