ETO Collective is currently seeking a Melbourne-based Marketing Executive to handle the day-to-day marketing of our venues Ronnie's, Dive Bar and an exciting new venue set to open February 2024.
You will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall marketing strategy for the restaurants & bars at the Intercontinental Rialto & Crowne Plaza Melbourne, and plan and execute digital (including email & social) marketing campaigns and design, maintain and supply content for the venues.
Reporting to the Group Brand & Marketing Manager, and based on-site in our Melbourne home office, this role offers a hands-on opportunity to flex your marketing skills, work as part of a dynamic team & take the next step in your career.
Responsibilities will include:
Developing & executing dynamic Digital Marketing Campaigns.
Content creation & Management, both in-house and with agencies.
Collaboration & Coordination with restaurant teams, hotel teams & senior ETO management.
Design & Creative needs, mainly for end to end collalteral
Budget oversight & accountability.
You will have:
A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably in the hospitality industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A creative mindset with a keen eye for design and content creation.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - no two days are ever the same!
