About the role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced marketing professional to take on the role of Marketing Lead at Renewal SA.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies for some of the state's most significant projects, across a diverse portfolio encompassing the corporate, residential, and industrial sectors. 

Key responsibilities will include leading and providing direction to the growing marketing team, offering specialised expertise to internal teams, and effectively managing relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the attainment of corporate, project, sales, and government objectives. 

Working closely with our Residential Sales Lead, Industrial and Commercial Sales Lead and Media and Communications Lead, and reporting to the Director, Sales and Marketing, the successful candidate will work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. 

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and oversee a range of marketing strategies that support Renewal SA and its projects to achieve their objectives and priorities.
• Instil best practice and initiatives that drive efficient budget management and effective marketing outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, as well as Renewal SA's projects, communications, sales, and engagement teams, to ensure alignment and success in achieving sales budgets, revenue targets, and marketing goals.
• Lead and encourage the team to uphold behaviours and communication that strengthen and promote the culture, values, and vision of Renewal SA.

About you

• You are an experienced Marketing Leader with a strong track record of delivering marketing strategies and outcomes on time and within budget.
   
• You are highly organised, you thrive in a fast-paced environment, and you enjoy managing a diverse range of projects and tasks. 
   
• You have strong leadership qualities and the ability to lead and support a marketing team. 
   
• You have strong project and stakeholder management skills and have a demonstrated ability to form recommendations and provide innovative, evidence-based marketing advice to the agency, guided by best practice and data analysis. 
   
• You have a tertiary qualification in marketing, business or a related field of study, or demonstrated equivalent experience.
