About the Role
This position is suited to an accomplished marketing professional with management experience and a passion for skincare and beauty. You will function as a hands-on Marketing Manager in a fast-paced environment, overseeing a team of three.
You will ensure digital communications have a consistent look and feel with other customer touch points, help to manage organic social media channels and plan the content calendar and annual marketing plan. You will work closely with the admin team, our SEO agency and the Founder of the company to ensure this vision is optimised for the continued success of the brand.
Specifically, you will be required to:
- Mentoring and managing a collaborative high-performing team, establishing priorities to reach overall marketing goals.
- Conceptualise and execute multichannel campaigns across the customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels.
- Review and assist in written, image & video content publishing across multiple platforms including website, social, email and print while following industry best practices for SEO and engagement.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing plan and control spend in line with the budget. Be adaptable in making channel spend decisions based on performance and ROI.
- Manage production of all visual collateral - campaigns, non-seasonal creative shoots, e-comm shoots, and various specialised external collaborators on a project basis. Ensuring these are timely, within budget, and on-brand.
- Work with the wider brand team to implement key gifting strategies and assist in outreach, activations, product coordination and content briefing for social media growth.
- Ensure all designed digital based communications follow the multichannel concepts and are consistent with the brand guidelines.
- Ensure designs meet the brief prior to handover for sign off.

- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience in writing, editing and proofing copy for brand.
- Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite, Shopify, GA4, and Facebook ads manager.
- Self-driven with a can-do attitude.
