About the Role:
After 7 years of tenure, our wonderful Marketing Manager has decided to travel around the world and follow some personal dreams, so we’re looking for our next key hire. The Marketing Manager is responsible for all aspects of the marketing function across the 3 businesses within the Lawson HR Group. Collaborating closely with each entity's Managing Director, this role is required to create, execute and manage new campaigns that will inspire, educate and increase client and candidate engagement to drive brand recognition, new client acquisition and candidate attraction.
Measurement, analysis and innovation underpin our four key marketing pillars of:
- Digital
- Events
- Campaigns
- Collateral / Consultant Support
About you:
Ideally you will have previous experience in a senior marketing role in a recruitment firm or sales environment and be passionate about driving innovation and excellence. To be successful, we also would like you to have the following:
- Excellent interpersonal skills - a confident, assertive and friendly customer-focused approach where you're willing to pitch in to support the wider team
- Ability to provide advice and direction to internal & external stakeholders
- Exposure to marketing programs is advantageous as we use Photoshop, InDesign, the Google suite, Canva, Mailchimp, Survey Monkey and Adobe HUBSPOT
- Technical savvy - confident to work across multiple platforms including website maintenance and database administration
- Highly organised and confident to manage multiple conflicting deadlines with accuracy
- Immaculate presentation and excellent written and verbal communication skills
