Mastergroup (home of Agrimaster) is a software development company that has been operating for 40 years, specialising in farm financial software, specifically for the Australian Agricultural sector. Agrimaster is used by farm businesses and professional partners in all states of Australia, with a large market share of 80% of farmers in WA.
We are seeking a passionate and organised Marketing Manager to collaborate with internal teams to develop and deploy impactful and informative communication to our customers. The successful applicant will oversee all aspects of marketing and customer communication, event management, sales, and software release communications. As well as ensure our digital platforms used across all marketing efforts provide a return on investment.
The successful applicant will also be responsible for:
- Plan, develop, produce, coordinate, and implement marketing strategies, campaigns, and events
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and events.
- Research and exploit the advertising channels that are the most effective for our target customers
- Act as an advisor providing advice and insights based on qualitative and quantitative data collected in marketing and your personal research.
- Contribute ideas, challenge your peers, discuss, reflect and strategise on all aspects of Mastergroup’s products and services.
- Work with the Sales and the BDM on the Sales and Marketing Strategy then drive execution.
- Identify the necessary tools and campaigns that the company needs to introduce and sell this product to the market
- Analyse sales forecasts to adjust marketing and advertising plans accordingly
- Manage the design, procurement and storage of promotional materials
- Represent Mastergroup at events, acting as the event coordinator on the day
To be successful in this role, you will:
- Experience completing the above responsibilities within your past employment.
- Has a minimum of three years’ experience in a Marketing Management position.
- Has previous experience coaching, mentoring and managing staff
- Have a deep understanding of Product Solutions and Product Market Fit data
- Ensure compliance with brand identity guidelines for branding across all mediums and all brands
