- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to increase market share, brand visibility, and customer acquisition.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising, to reach target audiences effectively.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing valuable insights to shape marketing strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and maintain brand integrity across all marketing channels and communications.
- Build, lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, optimizing spend to achieve maximum ROI and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Utilize data analytics to measure the performance of marketing campaigns, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.

What are we looking for?
● 5+ years marketing management experience with a proven track record in FMCG / Food / Beverage (or similar) industry;
● Demonstrated ability to develop clear brand strategy and plans that drive business outcomes;
● People management/development experience;
● Above and below-the-line communication development;
● Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills;
● Track record of executing projects on time in complex environments;
● Shopper marketing/sales coordination capability, including promotional activations;
● Analytical skills with the ability to demonstrate data-driven recommendations (IRI preferred);
● Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;
● Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong work ethic.
