As a master of marketing, you will manage and execute the marketing strategy, enhance brand visibility, and drive sales. Collaborating with the cross-functional team, you will lead innovative marketing campaigns, manage brand communications, and ensure the company's marketing messaging resonates with diverse customers across both B2B and D2C.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with company objectives to increase market share, brand visibility, and customer acquisition.
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising, to reach target audiences effectively.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, providing valuable insights to shape marketing strategies.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and maintain brand integrity across all marketing channels and communications.
• Build, lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
• Develop and manage the marketing budget, optimizing spend to achieve maximum ROI and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Utilize data analytics to measure the performance of marketing campaigns, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve results.
• Collaborate with sales, product development, and other departments to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Oversee the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media, to enhance online presence and drive customer engagement.
• Manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

What are we looking for?

● 5+ years marketing management experience with a proven track record in FMCG / Food / Beverage (or similar) industry;

● Demonstrated ability to develop clear brand strategy and plans that drive business outcomes;

● People management/development experience;

● Above and below-the-line communication development;

● Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills;

● Track record of executing projects on time in complex environments;

● Shopper marketing/sales coordination capability, including promotional activations;

● Analytical skills with the ability to demonstrate data-driven recommendations (IRI preferred);

● Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment;

● Entrepreneurial spirit and a strong work ethic.
