Your new role 

Reporting to a Director, this Marketing Manager will be a proven professional in the financial services sector with a passion for delivering business growth for clients. This role will further be tasked with; 

• Strategic review of current marketing activities, determining best-practice approach and delivering on changes to improve service outcomes 
• Develop corporate brand strategy with a focus on both traditional and digital mediums
• Effective reporting of marketing, lead generation and data insights to influence and advise where appropriate.
• Manage timelines and budgets while working closely with stakeholders to deliver successful marketing activities that are aligned to the business’ engagement plans and growth targets. 
• Oversee the organisation's website end to end with regular performance reporting. 

What you'll need to succeed 

Relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or Business supported by extensive experience in the financial/professional services sectors. This will be supported by; 

• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering marketing strategies, as well as handling budget responsibility
• The ability to work with a range of stakeholders and partners internally and externally, upholding the organisation’s brand through both output and behaviour.
• Good commercial acumen with the ability to conceptualise plans to increase sales and performance.
• The resilience and maturity to appreciate the nuances of working within a privately-owned business; 
• Outstanding interpersonal and excellent time management skills.
