The Role
An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Marketing Manager to join the Scott Salisbury Group on a 6-9 month Maternity Leave Contract, with the ideal candidate projected to commence between mid-March to early April.
This hands-on role will involve driving the marketing strategy across our three brands, leading marketing campaigns, evaluating performance, and collaborating with internal teams. A strong marketing background, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail are essential.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Diligently drive and manage marketing initiatives across Scott Salisbury Group brands, in line with organisational objectives.
- Develop, implement, and maintain dynamic digital strategies across all platforms, including company websites, EDMs, Google AdWords, Google MyBusiness Pages and omniChannel campaigns, in alignment with our marketing goals and objectives.
- Manage and implement social media strategies that align with our strategic marketing objectives, while analysing performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities for enhancement.
- Create high-compelling quality content for various channels including, websites, blogs, email marketing and other marketing materials with a strategic approach to SEO/SEM, tailored to optimize traffic, engagement, and conversion rates.
- Aligning with activation campaign objectives, design, create, and execute effective EDM campaigns, incorporating email automations, while managing associated databases.
- Work in close collaboration with suppliers to facilitate joint marketing collaborations.
- Manage and coordinate activities for events pertaining to marketing and PR opportunities such as Display Home openings, award wins, VIP events and other key events.
- Ensure all design and content outputs align with all company brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Deliver marketing assets and creative, ensuring consistency and alignment with the brand identities of all company brands.
- Analyse brand positioning and consumer insights to assist in generating new leads.
- Generate and manage public relations activities.
Skills & Experience:
- Formal qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline are highly regarded.
- 5+ yrs’ demonstrated experience as a marketing professional preferred.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail.
- A good working knowledge of Bluebeam, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite; (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe Pro, Adobe Premiere Rush).
- Demonstrated experience with office and marketing platforms such as Word Press, Craft CMS, Active Campaign SemRush, Google Analytics.
- Experience in managing and understanding of brand management, lead generation, and social media and digital advertising best practices.
- Proficient with online marketing channels, digital campaigns and social media strategy including and not limited to Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, YouTube.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be willing to work out of hours including evenings and weekends, as required.
- Current South Australian Drivers License and access to own vehicle with appropriate insurance, where required.
