Sales and Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement innovative Sales and Marketing strategies to boost customer engagement and expand market share.
2. Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to identify new sales opportunities and growth areas within the bakery and dessert sector.
3. Work closely with store managers across multiple locations to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective promotional strategies.
4. Lead social media management and content creation efforts to enhance online presence and build a robust community of followers and customers.
5. Formulate annual Sales and Marketing budgets, manage expenditures efficiently, improve cost control systems, and create comprehensive incentive programs to maximize team potential.
6. Provide regular training for Sales and Marketing teams to sharpen their skills and knowledge, ensuring high performance in customer engagement and sales.
7. Collaborate with product development teams to synchronize marketing strategies with new product launches and seasonal offerings, delivering a unified brand experience.
Requirments:
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following experience:
1. At least 4+ years of working experience in Sales and Marketing management.
2. Excellent time management and leadership skills.
3. Strong communication skills and proficiency in English are required, with a preference for bilingual candidates.
4. Proficient in experience in budget management and cost optimization.
5. Strong learning and adaptability skills, capable of working under high pressure environment.
6. Proficient in computer operation, including but not limited to proficient use of office software (such as Microsoft Office suite), email, and other applications.
Flexible working on modified schedules and alternative hours to meet project deadline requirements.
