As our Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand narrative and driving strategic initiatives to enhance brand visibility, profitability, and membership growth. Your responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of marketing activities, from crafting compelling campaigns to analysing market trends and competitor landscapes.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Comprehensive understanding of marketing principles and techniques across various channels, including digital, traditional, and experiential.
- Proficiency in market research and data analysis to derive actionable insights and inform decision-making.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results within budget.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
- Adept at stakeholder management and fostering collaborative relationships across teams and external partners.
- Creative flair coupled with a strategic mindset to conceptualise innovative marketing initiatives.
- Keen attention to detail and analytical prowess to identify opportunities for optimisation and continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and remain calm under pressure.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; additional certifications or specialised training are a plus.
