The Opportunity:

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Marketing Manager will assume a pivotal role in driving our brand presence, expanding market share, and developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives.  You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, product development, and senior management, to develop integrated marketing campaigns that align with our business objectives which include understanding customer needs and identifying target audiences.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our solutions and services.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Plan and execute targeted advertising and promotional campaigns.
• Anlayse marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
• Maintain a strong brand identity across all marketing channels.
• Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay up to date with the latest marketing practices.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships including representation at industry peak bodies.
• Work collaboratively and support the Sales Team to develop and tailor marketing activities around target projects, clients and current industry trends.
• Under the direction of the Managing Director, work on various projects, including understanding the competitive landscape, pricing, conversion rates, ensuring maximum ROI, marketing budget, speaking at events, etc.

Qualifications, Skills, Experiences:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 4+ years’ experience in marketing and digital marketing (required).
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager (preferably in the renewable energy industry).
• Strong knowledge of marketing principles, techniques, and best practices.
• Experience in managing digital campaigns both inbound and outbound marketing.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and platforms.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Strong leadership and project management abilities.
• Have the right to work in Australia (required)

Additional tasks:

• Attend all necessary internal & external meetings, conferences and functions as required.
• Work with the sales team to process and manage marketing initiatives / budgets.
• Submit monthly reports involving regular sharing updates on key performance indicators (KPIs), progress towards goals, as well as the next steps to identify priorities and making adjustments accordingly.

IMS Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the IMS conforms to the requirements of AS/NZS ISO 9001, AS/NZS ISO 14001, ISO 45001.
• Ensure that the processes are delivering their intended outputs.
• Report on the performance of the IMS and on opportunities for improvement to top management.
• Ensure the promotion of customer focus throughout the organization.
• Ensure that the integrity of the IMS is maintained.
• Coordinate the identification, development, implementation, and review of Integrated Management System (IMS).
• Assist Manager or Supervisor in the identification, assessment, and selection of measures to control hazards and risks.
• Assist Manager or Supervisor in monitoring and evaluating hazards and risk control measures.
• Assist Manager or Supervisor in the identification, development, and provision of appropriate quality, environmental and health and safety related information, instruction, and training.
•  Assist Manager or Supervisor to effectively consult with workers.
• Ensure that all nonconformities are investigated, their causes found, that steps are taken to prevent a recurrence, and that everybody who needs to be told about it is told.
• Monitor and advise on legislative and technical changes.
• Monitor and provide regular reports to your manager and on the Company’s performance.
• Support workers to follow policies and processes developed.
• Provide information to employees on the IMS.
• Ensure that all direct reportees receive training, instruction, and information to enable them to perform their work.
•  Communicate the company’s Quality, Work Health and Safety, and Environmental policies and processes to all employees.
• Responsible for communicating risks and responsibilities for the integrated management system.
• Take reasonable care for your own health and safety.
• Report any quality, safety and environmental incident or hazards to the relevant Compliance team member.
• Keep informed of the contents of the integrated management system and apply it to daily work.
• Ensure you are not affected by alcohol or drugs, to endanger your own or any other persons’ health and safety.
• Take part in the Management Review Meeting chaired by the Managing Director.
