Careerlink People Solutions have partnered with Barossa Fine Foods, an authentic generational South Australian brand producing some of the finest, sustainably farmed products across the state.
This quality-focused organisation has 15 retail stores across 5 brands - Barossa Fine Foods, Angelakis Brothers Seafood, Standom Smallgoods, Schultz Butchers and The Cheesemonger with products manufactured at their facilities in Edinburgh North.
The Role
The primary focus of this role is the development and execution of market strategies aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving business growth on a national scale. A key element of this is establishing strategic partnerships that align with the marketing objectives of Barossa Fine Foods.
Your efforts will be crucial in collaboratively transforming Barossa Fine Foods products into a brand recognised nationwide. This requires the introduction of innovative marketing techniques and the continuous strengthening and enhancement of the company’s already robust brand position.
Key Duties
- Develop and implement a cohesive brand strategy, maintaining consistent branding and visual identity across various marketing channels
- Analyse market trends, competitor actions, and consumer behaviour to position the brand effectively
- Initiate, negotiate, and secure strategic partnerships in line with company goals and values
- Build and sustain essential relationships with partners, key customers, and collaborators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage partnerships for mutually beneficial marketing campaigns
- Lead the creation of integrated marketing campaigns, and implement data-driven strategies to measure and optimise performance
- Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to produce innovative marketing materials
- Oversee digital marketing initiatives with a focus on social media, content marketing, and online presence
- Manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact
- Bachelor qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Previous experience in the FMCG industry is highly desirable
- Proven track record of success within Brand Management, partnerships, and Collaborations
- Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behaviour, and digital marketing
- Exceptional communication and savvy interpersonal skills
- Creative thinking and the ability to bring innovative ideas to the table
- Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated experience in negotiating and managing partnerships
