Our client is an ASX-listed alternative investment manager, responsible for over $11bn in investments on behalf of institutional investors, family offices, private wealth advisory groups, and HNW direct investors. Operating across four different asset classes (Hedge Funds, Private Markets, Real Assets, and Credit), the business is one of the fastest-growing investment management businesses in Australia, with over 150 staff located in offices across Australia, Asia, and North America.
Now on the hunt for a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role within an ambitious team. You will be responsible for coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns that support the existing sales team. Your role will involve developing, designing, maintaining sales collateral while also curating digital assets. You will assist in producing monthly investor reports while managing online events. A key part of your role will be using data analytics to enhance marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across diverse alternative investment classes and capabilities
Develop, design, and maintain sales and marketing collateral for the in-house sales team
Curate, maintain, and optimise existing digital assets utilising both in-house experience and external agencies
Assist in the production of monthly investor reporting emails and dissemination of content via marketing automation software
Manage and organise online and physical events including webinars, podcasts, investor update videos, and in-person events
Utilise data and client analytics to evolve, enhance, and optimise existing marketing efforts to deliver a superior client experience
Ideal Candidate:
4 + years of experience in developing successful marketing campaigns using both digital and traditional channels
Experience in Financial Services is highly desirable
Proven experience in building email marketing platforms and designing client journey maps
Ability to design new email designs, PowerPoint presentation templates, and other sales collateral
High competency in Salesforce, Pardot, and Microsoft Office suite
Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative team
