MARS Recruitment have partnered with a growing software company who are looking for their first Marketing Manager to join the team!
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy specific to the Australian market.
- Oversee local market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Tailor global marketing campaigns to resonate with the Australian audience, ensuring brand consistency.
- Create and manage product and sales collateral
- Manage external resources where required for the implementation of the marketing strategy
- Develop and manage website, website traffic and conversion to marketing qualified leads.
- Drive stellar growth in marketing qualified leads and work with sales team to understand optimal marketing messaging for sales conversion
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in independently planning and executing marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyse campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- In-depth knowledge of customer acquisition strategies on major social media platforms.
Additional points:
- Has been in operation for 18+ years
HQ in South Melbourne, with a global reach - Our client provides tech solutions to the fleet, logistics, transport, and retail industry
- Pardot experience highly advantageous
- B2B Marketing experience highly advantageous
- 3 or 4 days a week (flexible!)
