Marketing Manager - Melbourne Office - Permanent Full Time
A great opportunity for a passionate Marketing Manager with a proven experience in multi-channel marketing to work in our Commercial Marketing team supporting all Property Developer and Media marketing communications and campaigns across Australia.
Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, management and execution of B2B marketing communications and campaigns, across multiple channels including digital and direct. Done successfully, this will drive business goals and budgeted revenue growth for the Property Developers and Media portfolio including off-the-plan, house and land and retirement with varying state-based needs.
This is an individual contributor role and you will work closely and be supported by our cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product, Data, Technology, Performance Marketing and SEO marketing teams to ensure we drive value to the business and end customers via high intent audiences.
Who are you?
The ideal candidate will have:
- The ability to develop and implement a multi-channel (digital and direct) B2B marketing program to support Domain Developers & Media product roadmap and commercial strategy
- Experience in a marketing role working with sales teams, ideally in real estate, commercial real estate and/or property development
- Experience in digital and trade marketing strategy management, implementation, analysis and reporting
- Experience in end-to-end management of multiple marketing projects from plan to launch in a busy environment
- Experience in creating and implementing marketing plans centered on product innovation, print, media and insights
- Experience working with CRM systems (eg Salesforce) and electronic direct mail software (eg Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Experience in data interpretation to inform outcomes and marketing messages (Tableau)
- Project and budget management experience
- Tertiary qualification or equivalent experience in Marketing, Communications or Business
