This represents a rare opportunity with a market leading company based in Milton that is in the wholesaling/FMCG/distribution sector. This company has been in operation for 20+ years and are led by a team of extremely passionate, innovative and visionary directors.

POSITION
Due to growth, the need for a Head of Marketing has risen. This role would suit a very creative, driven and motivated Marketing professional who is looking to align themselves with an outstanding company.
This role will see the successful candidate being involved in the development and execution of the marketing business plan and other duties that will promote the growth of the business. There will be extensive project based work as this firm looks to build upon the current success.
This is a key strategic position for this firm, as this person will provide extensive leadership when liaising with key stakeholders to deliver results.
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- Relevant qualifications in marketing
- 10+ years experience within a generalist marketing position within the FMCG, distribution or wholesaling sectors
- Exceptional longevity in previous roles and a very stable employment history (non negotiable)
- A strong understanding of the FMCG/distribution/wholesaling sectors and how to drive growth
- Exceptional leadership skills
- Strong ability to influence internal and external stakeholders
- Proven track record of being able to achieve set targets and impact a company's growth
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills (non negotiable)
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and a willingness to go above and beyond
- A desire to build a long term career
