Marketing Manager

Rener Health Products is a family-owned business in Canning Vale. We are the leading distributor of natural health products to Health Professionals, Pharmacies and Health food stores, along with providing technical support, education and first-class service to those in the industry in WA.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team and lead the marketing efforts for Rener Health Products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies in the health and wellness industry. As a Marketing Manager, you will lead the marketing team to play a key role in shaping our brand identity, driving product awareness, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

Responsibilities:

Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies:

• Create comprehensive marketing plans that align with company objectives.
• Implement innovative and effective marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and product adoption.
• Utilize market research and customer insights to identify opportunities for growth.

Brand Management:

• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
• Develop and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with the target audience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate brand messaging into various touchpoints.

Digital Marketing:

• Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
• Optimize online presence to enhance customer engagement and conversion rates.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends and implement best practices.

Content Development:

• Create compelling and informative content for various marketing channels.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging visuals and multimedia content.
• Manage the content calendar to ensure timely and relevant messaging.

Event Management:

• Plan and execute with the marketing team our annual events to drive sales.
• Work closely with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
• Monitor and analyze the success of event initiatives, adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain internal & external relationships.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to create engaging consumer facing events and go to market activations.
• Intermediate to advanced Adobe Creative Suite skills are a must.
• Excellent writing skills
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• Natural Health industry related experience is a plus.
