Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team. This role involves managing a dedicated team of marketing professionals and playing a pivotal role in driving our company’s growth.
The successful candidate will oversee all marketing activities, manage budgets, set departmental goals, and ensure the alignment of marketing strategies with the company's vision and values.
Other responsibilities include:
Leadership & Management:
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals across a variety of specialist roles – including paid ads, website design and development, content production, graphic/video design, and social media management.
- Set clear goals for the company and the marketing department, implementing effective systems and processes.
- Handle recruitment, training, and management of the marketing team.
Strategy & Execution:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and optimisation of company-wide marketing campaigns.
- Manage marketing budgets and focus on maximising performance and efficiency.
- Lead content production and distribution, ensuring alignment with marketing strategies and brand voice.
Stakeholders & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the sales department to develop joint initiatives for revenue growth.
- Participate in high-level decision-making to enhance company growth and customer satisfaction.
About You:
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of relevant marketing and management experience. We are also looking for an individual who possesses standout people management and leadership skills with a background in both agency and in-house settings.
To be the right fit for this role, you must possess a broad skill set in all facets of marketing, such as paid ads (both paid social and paid search), website development, content production, social media management, CRM optimisation, and sales & marketing growth.
