We are currently seeking a passionate Marketing and Personal Assistant to join our team.
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Working collaboratively with product managers to develop and write the brand/product related content for online, print, social and company website.
- Develop and implement marketing and promotion campaigns.
- Monitoring all digital platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube etc.)- creating new and engaging content, as well as respond to social media customer enquiries/feedback.
- Manage and update the content for the company website.
- Design the marketing related artwork for products/promotion/merchandising.
- Proofread and edit internal and external copies.
- Track and manage annual marketing budget.
- Track and maintain the customer databases and design the EDMs to convert sales.
- Support sales team by providing product training materials and other marketing content for retailers.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of marketing/promotional materials.
- Prepare marketing reports by collecting, analysing marketing and sales data.
- Assisting with organising meetings and trade shows.
- Prepare PR articles (Internal/external)
- Explore other opportunities to add value for marketing/sales function.
To be considered, you will have:
- Proven working experience in trade marketing, branding, digital marketing, social media and in-store merchandising.
- Good content creator and storyteller.
- A good communicator with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong capability for using computers and general office programs
- Graphic design skills (Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator, etc.)
- Self-motivated and adaptable with the ability to work well within a team
- Ability to proofread and edit copy.
