An opportunity has opened up at All Properties Group Moreton, one of the rapidly expanding real estate agencies in north Brisbane. We're seeking a candidate with marketing expertise and specialization. You will be working closely with a highly successful commercial sales and leasing/property management team, coordinating marketing initiatives and enhancing the company's presence through professional marketing methods. 

Responsibilities

As the successful applicant, this role will see your responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote our real estate listings and services, develop annual marketing plan/calendar, budgets and plans, and coordinating stakeholders
• Utilize digital marketing channels, social media, and traditional marketing methods to reach and engage target audiences; craft, coordinate, and execute social media and print content that resonates with our audience
• Plan, write, design and schedule social media posts and digital advertising to support the overall strategic and marketing goals
• Analyze market trends, conduct competitor research, and identify new opportunities for growth; advise on advertising strategies and campaigns to reach target market; advise on pricing, advertising and sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels
• Manage the marketing collateral for all Sales & Property Management Properties; booking and creating property marketing material as per the approved marketing schedule; work in accordance with supplier deadlines

• Finalise all marketing print for properties, signboards, brochures & portals
• Liaise with vendors & arranging photoshoots for upcoming listings
• Prepare office and property sale marketing - brochures, signboards, social media posts.
• Analyse and report on the performance of social media platforms and provide web analytics as required; track trends against objectives and KPI’s

• Create EDM’S in Agentbox and database marketing management 

• Plan and manage property marketing campaigns, including online and offline marketing campaigns to support sales and listings
• Effectively executing brand management and in collaboration with agencies
• Loading the properties live to all online portals 

Requirements

You may have some or all of the following skills and experience:

• A Degree in Marketing and/or Communications
• Experience as a marketing specialist
• Excellent copywriting skills, including editing, vocabulary, across various channels
• Knowledge of social and traditional media practices and tools
• Adept at problem solving, and at presenting to stakeholders
• The ability to set up and manage an event end-to-end
• Tech savvy with high level computer literacy
• Experience in managing social media platforms and a strong understanding of digital analytics.

• Work visa can be provided for this role
• Expected start date for role: 15 March 2024
• Expected salary: $65,000 - $72,000 per year
