You will be accountable for undertaking daily administrative and operational tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of Chisholm’s Marketing & Communications Department.
Your key accountabilities will be to:
- Action and maintain all financial, compliance, and operational administration, reporting and file management to support the Head of Marketing & Communications in effectively running the Department.
- Have a deep understanding of the Department budget and commit to cost-effective outcomes and efficiencies across all financial operations (quotes, orders, invoicing, coding). Monitor all Department financials at a broad and high level and provide accurate and timely status advice.
- Prepare Department purchase orders and reconcile payments for authorisation.
- Support continuous and effective improvement in administration processes and systems.
- Maintain Marketing & Communications merchandise and stationary stock levels, and facilitate their timely order and delivery, with adherence to brand requirements.
- Process internal stock and equipment hire requests in a timely manner, with clear tracking.
- Support the onboarding of new Marketing & Communications employees and external contractors and/or consultants, including use of systems and processes.
ABOUT YOU
You will have relevant tertiary qualifications (marketing, communications, business administration, finance) and relevant work experience, or a suitable combination of lesser qualifications and significant relevant experience.
Crucial to your success will be your demonstrated experience in administrative and finance fields in a multi-faceted and complex organisation.
You are a highly motivated person with extensive software skills as well as technical, literacy, and numeracy skills, alongside strong communication skills with a penchant for attention to detail.
